Mini Apartment Crawler
Details
This application is written in BASH and Node.js .
It started as a project born out of the boredom of refreshing apartment websites.
After a few tinkering sessions, it evolved into an open-source solution.
This is a mini apartment crawler to reduce the checking of property websites
for first hand contracts as the sites are crawled on a daily basis and
emails are sent out directly to the recipient after the process is finished.
This is a a distributed library management ecosystem built on a microservices architecture.
This system leverages Laravel, Java Spring Boot, FastApi, TimeScaleDB and Grails to handle core library operations,
utilizing Apache Kafka as a high-throughput messaging backbone to ensure seamless, real-time
data synchronization across services.
